Hello. To clarify: The First View photos you see in your account of your cards you submitted are taken of the cards immediately when they’re unboxed at PSA. We take these images in the original sleeves/holders they are submitted in, then they are auto-cropped to display within My Orders in your account. Your cards are not removed from the holder they are submitted in until they reach our grading room.
