@YuGiOh_TCG: Update on Blue-Eyes Deck! During engineering, we reconfigured to squeeze in an extra Secret Rare per Deck. So +1 Secret per Deck, and it’s THAT card that can upgrade to QC (not the Ultra). (The Ultra’s still there.) The Secret is bonus, with chance to upgrade. Now 51 cards.
