Duelists whose CARD GAME ID in the NEURON app does NOT match their CARD GAME ID on the registration website, will need to uninstall and reinstall the NEURON app before attending the event.
We recommend:
✅ Deleting and reinstalling the NEURON app.
✅ Open NEURON and download the images.
⚠️ Stop at this point. Do not log into NEURON.
When you arrive at the venue, check in with event staff and they can direct you to the NEURON help line to get your correct CARD GAME ID onto your NEURON app.
Deleting and reinstalling the NEURON app and downloading the images ahead of the event will save you a lot of time waiting for the download process to complete at the venue.
