The Funko Pop Fairy Tail checklist starts with Natsu wearing a sleeveless waistcoat that corresponds to the cloth worn over his pants. The blonde-haired beauty Lucy stands in knee-high boots and holds a Celestial Spirit Key. Happy, a winged, cat-like Exceed creature, poses with a fish resting in both paws. Also, the Happy flocked variant is an FYE exclusive.
Although they are identical options, pre-release Hot Topic sticker versions are available for the initial Natsu, Lucy and Happy figures.
The second wave of Funko Pop Fairy Tail offers a shirtless Gray Fullbuster with a newly formed ice weapon, while Wendy Marvell dons a bright green dress featuring a triangle pattern. Wearing metal armor, Erza Scarlet stands with her hands resting atop the handle of a sword. In addition, Swim Time Happy can be found at Hot Topic outlets.
Funko Pop Fairy Tail Series 3 was revealed at Toy Fair New York 2019. It includes Frosch, Gajeel Redfox, Panther Lily and Zeref Dragneel. Wave 4 came in 2022, featuring Ezra Scarlet, Jellal Fernandes, Laxus Dreyar, Mavis Vermillion, Mirajane Strauss, and Gray Fullbuster.
In case you were wondering why there is such a big gap, the Funko Pop Fairy Tail series numbering coincides with the main Pop! Animation line.
