#OnThisDay in 1995, Michael Jordan announced his return to the Chicago Bulls after a 17-month retirement.
Images of him in the No. 45 jersey only appeared on a few cards. The 1994 Finest stands out as the most memorable with collectors.
#23 – this is the test card very rare
However, the same card with the #23 is ultra rare and more sought after.
Gotta peel the cover off. Not good
Luckily the Bulls had this guy for a little bit. I wonder what ever happened to him??
