Stone Blade Entertainment has regained licenses to the tabletop games licensed to Ultra Pro in 2016 (see “Ultra Pro Licenses the Stone Blade Games”), the company announced. The titles involved include Ascension Deckbulding Game, Ascension Tactics, and Shards of Infinity. Stone Blade Entertainment will continue to publish its new Hybrid Deck Game, SolForge Fusion (see “ICv2 Interview: Justin Gary”).
Stone Blade Entertainment was founded in 2012 as the successor publisher of the tabletop game Ascension (previously published by Gary Games) and the videogame SolForge, co-designed by Justin Gary and Magic: The Gathering designer Richard Garfield.
Stone Blade began promoting its renewed game portfolio and its direct-to-retailer service at the recently concluded GAMA Expo.
