2023 Panini Prizm WWE marks the follow-up to 2022’s massive release. Collectors will find a lot of returning elements — like a big mix of parallels — but the card maker is adding some new elements as well, including another hobby configuration.
Standard hobby boxes deliver a pair of autographs, a dozen inserts and more than 20 Prizms parallels. Debuting Under Card boxes are a little smaller and have one autograph, 18 total inserts and parallels plus an exclusive Base Variation.
2023 Panini Prizm WWE Checklist Details
The foundation of Prizm is its base set. Covering the expansive WWE rosters including Raw, SmackDown and NXT, these are like standard wrestler cards.
Being Prizm, each of these has a large number of parallels that add layers of color, sometimes patterns and rarity. With all of the variation configurations, there’s also exclusives. For example, standard hobby boxes are the only places to find Mojo, Gold and Black Prizms.
Under Card has its own mix of parallels that have circles running throughout the background.
Base Variations, which land one per Under Card box, take the regular design and make a photo change.
Autographs and Additional Inserts
When it comes to autographs, Sensational Signatures takes an all-encompassing path to filling its checklist.
Debuting Throwback Signatures use the design from 2012-13 Prizm Basketball, the brand’s debut.
Two signatures are on each Iconic Rivals Autographs card. These pair up ink from both ends of famous feuds.
Standard inserts are led by Color Blast. The minimal design hasn’t really changed from 2022, but their rarity makes them extremely popular no matter the release.
Other insert sets include Prizmatic Entrances, Ring Royalty and Legends of the Hall, which honors Hall of Famers.
